Having examined the applications submitted from the opening date for submission of applications on June 15, 2021, by self-employed persons, companies, and groups of companies with more than 10 and less than 50 employees, and with 50 or more employees, respectively, and which are listed in Annexes I to XII of this Resolution, all interested in the granting of direct aid provided for in Title I of Royal Decree-Law 5/2021, of March 12, on extraordinary measures to support business solvency in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, financed by the Government of Spain (Lines 2.2 and 2.3: Self-employed persons, companies, and groups of companies with more than 10 and less than 50 employees, and with 50 or more employees, respectively).
In view of the corresponding reports and proposals made by the Official Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Services, and Navigation of the Canary Islands, pursuant to the provisions of Article 13.1 of Decree-Law 6/2021, of June 4, regulating, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, the granting of the "Covid Line of direct aid to self-employed persons and companies" provided for in Title I of Royal Decree-Law 5/2021, of March 12, on extraordinary measures to support business solvency in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, financed by the Government of Spain, this Directorate-General for Economic Promotion, Ministry of Economy, Knowledge and Employment, the Canary Islands Employment Service, and the Official Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Services and Navigation of the Canary Islands, has resolved to approve the proposals received.
In consideration of the following BACKGROUND
1º.- By Decree-Law 6/2021, of June 4, it is regulated, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, the granting of the "Covid Line of direct aid to self-employed persons and companies" provided for in Title I of Royal Decree-Law 5/2021, of March 12, on extraordinary measures to support business solvency in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, financed by the Government of Spain (BOC nº 118, of 8.6.2021).
